Valerie Graves, an alcoholic, misanthropic, disillusioned woman in her mid-twenties struggles with unemployment and is haunted by sadistic urges that she has struggled to repress since childhood. After earning a part-time job with a shady locksmith company, Valerie soon finds herself in an exciting line of criminal work that allows her to channel her darkest impulses, but ultimately leads to a dangerous path of destruction and insanity.
